- Juice of ½ a lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, thinly sliced or grated
- 1-2 tsp Manuka honey
- A pinch of cayenne or ground black pepper (optional) – this can help to fight infection if you’re having the tea when sick
- 300ml boiling water
Add all ingredients to a cup and mix.
